The first thing we need to know is what exactly you want from consultation.

                          Consultation Fees:

1.      For Business below 700 sq- feet $ 600.  700-  2000 sq- feet $1800

2.      3 Bed-roomed House or Bungalow $370 [including lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom]. For all additional rooms add $70 per room

3.      For consultations outside San Jose travelling expenses will be charged depending on your location.

4.      Buy and build new house and home warming  $170

5.      Buy and build business and office $370.
